Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development has prepared a system of filling the online form for vital registration (Birth Registration). After birth registration, for other registration (Death, Marriage, Migration and Divorce) one should visit the municipality office. • Click on "नयाँ थप्नुहोस" after you are redirected to the new page.
• Provide your necessary details along with mobile number in the form.
• You will receive a token number in the mobile.
• Contact the municipality office within 30 days of receivng  the token number.
• The token number will expire after 30 days.
